The Mission

I approach every project as a “Swiss Army knife” collaborator. My career is defined by high-stakes performances that require versatility, NOTABLY serving as a pianist in the house band for the JMA’s at the Grand Ole Opry. I’ve had the privilege of supporting artists like Lorrie Morgan and tracking at world-class Studios, including Blackbird Studios and the historic Sun Records. Whether providing elite-level support on guitar, bass, KEYS, mandolin, etc., my goal is always to Cultivate the artist’s vision. Beyond the stage and studio, I also dedicate time to MENTORING AND TEACHING music.

“A Genuine Team Player”

Whether you need a steady hand in the studio or a reliable multi-instrumentalist for your next tour, I’m ready to get to work! Every project has a unique voice, and my goal is to Serve to the best of my ability!

I believe the best musical experience happens when the support is seamless. I’m always looking for new opportunities to grow alongside seasoned professionals and contribute to a creative environment. If you like the idea of a versatile player who shows up ready to adapt, I’d love to see how I can be of use to you or your team!

Need a seasoned musician? Let me help you pick a flavor.

Live performance!

PROJECT: Izzy Arthurs Live at Proud Larry’s

While I was a main performer for the headliner at this event, I also played a role in arranging the band and music directing during rehearsals to help achieve the vision that Izzy had for this show. This style of indie rock makes a crowd electric.

This footage was taken in Oxford MS, at a local favorite venue.

Session work

This footage was taken at the end of a southeastern run, in Memphis, TN.

PROJECT: Kyle Lacy at Sun Studios

This was a live band session at the legendary sun studios. I was instrumentally supporting Kyle Lacy, a New York based artist, and his band by playing bass in his rhythm section.

03

Live Session work

This footage was taken at Catbird Studios in Jackson, TN.

This show was live tracked performance of originals written by Hunter Cross. Most songs had been previously recorded, so finding my place amongst this band within this genre was a fun creative challenge!

MEET YOUR TEACHER

My time touring across the country and at the University of Memphis has taught me that one of the best ways you can master a craft is to teach it. My experiences of learning in the industry can be at one’s disposal.

Whether we are covering complex music theory, or our first chord progression, I am present and excited to help one find their own ways of expression. I don’t approach teaching as an expert with all the answers, but as a fellow musician excited to help others find their voice.
